That PODS company is a problem. They claim no liability when you call them yet they have to know you can't place those things across a sidewalk.

This development has been an issue from day one. We protested and won a variance by the developer to reduce the right-of-way on Stanford. Pod was still there this afternoon despite numerous calls to HPD. Apparently, the developer, Tricon, is bringing in furniture for a "staging". Money says that the type of person who buys this property will also park on the sidewalk.
