I think this relates to Mosswood Park. The address on the ticket says 3612 Webster st, and when I enter that address into Google maps, it places the pin in the middle of Mosswood Park.
I believe other neighbors, including me, have filed tickets about the degradation of the park due to people using it as a campsite.
