A. Timing - Traffic Signals.

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Once you come down from fortbend highway east/north bound and exit for beltway 8 at that junction Traffic signal turns red too soon. Allowing only few cars to pass and results in back ups and delays. This was not the case 2 weeks ago.

Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
