Having driven by this property on several occasions, it would appear that major reconstruction is going on. Most, if not, all of the work appears to be going on at night. There is no permit visible from the street. By the look of the work, viewed from the street through the windows, the inside is being gutted, and most likely re-wired and re-plumbed for water and gas.
