A. The light that is shining toward you as you look at the photo is from the new pedestrian bridge in Mason Park. That light is at the base of the southwest support column. The vantage point of the photo is from the east looking west. This light should be directed upward to shine on the inside of that southwest support columns, rather then pointed down towards the hike and bike trail into walkers and bikers eyes.
