Traffic light on Edgecomb Street needs to be turned back on. It is the only street that goes straight across Whitehall. Can't get across at morning or afternoon traffic. Someone was killed at this corner years ago that's why a light was put there. It is dangerous! Please look into this this situation it could save someone's life!

There needs to be a light added to this area, even if it is a motion sensored light for egress for the people on these streets. Adding the bushes of the surrounding corner are blocking view to enter Whitehall Rd safely. I was shocked to see no one considered this to be a bad idea. The one by the school should be used more so for when the school is in session.
