1917 N. 25th St has been vacant for years. People go up the alley and through the back of the house which is wide open. I don't know what activity the people engage in but I do know they leave trash in that yard and in the alley. Additionally there are no windows in the rear and it has been taking on rain for years. It now has become a rodent breeding hazzard. Something needs to be immediately done before there is serious incident.

1/10/11- This morning there were loud noises coming from inside this property an it was discovered that someone removed a cast iron tub from the second floor. Additionally someone has been spotted coming out hte second floor window and walking accross porch roofs. This has happened since the the front door and first floor front windows had been boarded up. The back of the house and the second floor windows are wide open. If people decide to squat there and start some some of fire to keep warm, it will put the adjoining house which is habitated in serious jeapordy. This needs to be taken care of as soon as possible before there is an incident.
