Descripción

The corner of oxford ave and penn st on both sides of the lot garden has broken pavement in very rough condition. dangerous to pedestrians and students going to HS and unnatractive in a shopping corridor entrance.

It is the sidewalk around a community garden on the site of the former Bell Telephone building which was demolished after and explosion. The current owner allows the gardeners to garden there because he has no use for the property.

Although it is the primary responsibility of the homeowner, complaints for a dangerous sidewalk can be made to the Streets Department.
An inspector will be sent to the address and the property owner will be given a 'Notice to Repair' within 5 business days. There is no fine or penalty issued.
