Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. As of Sunday, August 26th - heavy trash slated to be picked up on Thursday, August 23rd. Trash is still sitting at the curb and this isn't the first time y'all have forgotten to pick up the trash. There have been news reports already and apparently that didn't ring any bells.
