Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Right lane closure prior to Woodway traffic light with all work being done between Woodway and Memorial. A significant volume of cars turn right on Woodway from the 610 feeder. Blocking the right lane makes no sense and creates a tremendous jam of traffic when the work is well beyond the light.
