Sugar Branch Condominiums, aka Cachet Condos
The condo units shown open along with the top as well as other areas of that building were damaged by fire months ago. The Condo Assn seems to have done nothing about these damaged units left open despite the alleged insurance paying off. City Personnel came out & took pictures and posted signs, but the buildings still haven't at least been boarded up--but the City's signage has been removed... This has been about a month since The City addressed it. I choose to remain anonymous for fear of further retaliation against me.
