The weeds have been cut down on this property, but the grounds are still a mess. There is broken asphalt, weeds are growing back, and the building is boarded up and is an eyesore. Can't the owner demolish or revamp this whol proprty? It is in a very visual area and looks terrible!

The weeds have been cut down, but the grounds and asphalt areas are still very grubby looking, with broken asphalt, litter and broken chains laying on the ground. Chains were supposed to block traffic from coming onto the property. The building itself has boards on windows and doors, mildew all over the roof, and weeds growing in the gutters of the roof.
This whole property could stand to be leveled and seeded with grass!

Nothing has been done about cleaning up this property, except some tall weeds were cut down in the middle of the summer...nothing since then. Has the owner been notified? There are many areas of concern in Wallingford, and this is one of the most prominent.

Tell the people at mobile to bring down their monthly fees and change their rules, then someone could actually buy it and give the town another gas station or sandwhich shop.. Mobile is asking way to much money to even get someone in this place. Mobile should just sell out.. but they wont.. they know its a gold mind if it were in service.

There have been workers at this gas station digging in the ground with big trucks and fenced off driveways. I think the property must be sold because this is a huge clean up job they have been for over a month.

Well the gas station is open for business now.
