Not only is there a homeless encampment on the property, but the brick walls are covered with graffiti. The property owner (which I believe is the Port of Oakand) needs to take better care of their property.

We are seeing a large influx of homeless people and makeshift encampments in our neighborhood. They create a waste problem and draw other vagrants to the area. The graffiti contributes to the impression that the neighborhood is poorly attended to. We would appreciate swift action on this matter.
