There is a large construction project that has started behind our home, next door to the Glen Cove Marina, and I would like to know the hours of construction for Earth Moving Equipment that is within city regulations. The construction company is beginning their work every morning, during the work week between the hours of 6am-6:40am and on Saturdays at 7am!

My husband I an were not made aware of this project when we signed a lease agreement with our landlord and I work from home. We DO NOT have central air conditioning and therefore I am unable to keep my windows closed all day.
