Is solid waste addressing these issues? People leave the carts at the road or sidewalk on a permanent basis. It's gross and ugly to have to walk by and look at!

Apparently Solid Waste took care of it because the residents are now abiding by the regs and not leaving carts curbside.

Good to hear that it's been addressed. There a couple of rentals on our street that have permanently placed trash carts by the sidewalk too.

You should Click/Fix-It or call Solid Waste. It's probably the same inspector if you live near Longview. He told me he issued several citations on my street while investigating my complaint. It's definitely an eyesore and inexcusable after Sunday, for sure (allowing for the possibility of the resident going out of town Friday).
