Descripción

The 580 underpass on 14th ave has been taken over by encampments. It was ok when the trash wasn't piling up, but now the entire sidewalk is blocked and piles of furniture, broken parts, debris are piling up continuously. I have seen that several tents have caught on fire and burned down. Please come pick up some of the trash. Its a health hazard for everyone.
