Attached is a photo of the area outside entrance to our driveway on 309 Stockton Lane, Richmond, VA. 23221 Water continues to "puddle" and "stand" in this area. There are potholes and improper drainage issues. Would you please send out Public Utilities for the drainage problem and Public Works for the pothole issues?
