You might wake up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping, but not on Magnolia st bet 28 & 30th streets, we wake to 16 and 18 wheel diesel trucks speeding up our street rumbling and setting off several car alarms. Then they set idling for hours polluting the air with diesel fumes. They block the street casing a hazard when you drive around them. The street in going to get a sink hole again. The city has been notified but they continue to park on this street but their business is located on Adeline.

We also have a homeless man living under a tarp on the corner of 28th and Magnolia St., where he is bring more and more stuff and is in danger of being hit by a car. Where he is located us also creating a hazard for drivers because he is blocking the view of oncoming traffic from the right.
