Overgrown grass, weeds and rubbish source of roaches, flies, and snakes; grass has not been cut for the last 8 months; inoperable vehicle, flat tire, left in the driveway for more than 6 months, in fact since last time a city inspector checked on it; this is a pattern that this resident follows for more 10+ years, including since 2015, when the city of Houston built him a free new home.
