This issues issue HAS NOT been addressed, the writing is still there, very . I took this picture at 4:35 pm, more paint has been added over the lettering in a very poorly done job. This is still graffiti.

This issue has NOT been resolved, as you can see in this photo taken 3/12/13 at 4:30pm. A thin coat of paint has been applied over the lettering making no difference, the writing can still be clearly read. This is still graffiti.
