Do not plant a tree in front of 3961 Fauquier Avenue. The street, curb and sidewalk damage from a city old oak tree which fell on our houses in the storm a few back years back still has not been fixed. Property owners had to pay thousands of dollars to have fallen tree removed because city refused. So don't you dare plant a new tree there and not fix the existing damage!
