multiple cars regularly park on 15th street between h street and new york avenue nw next to woodward table at least a half an hour before the 9:30am permitted parking and cause traffic to back up because they are illegally taking up a land that should be free for rush hour traffic. please send someone to regularly enforce no parking along this block before 9:30
