The alley behind my house (National Alley between Santa Clara and Branciforte. is constantly blocked by cars who park in the alley despite signs that say "no parking at any time".
I have asked two or three policemen to drive through the alley and hand out a parking ticket or two. The did nothing; didn't even come by the alley at all.
Why don't the police in this town do anything? Are we just paying for their retirement? It sure seems like it.
