As I stated in my report the location is on the sidewalk adjacent to Lake Park and the Walgreens Trader Joe's building. It is about 35 feet down hill from where Wesley intersects lake park and where Lakeshore Trader Joe's loading dock is located The sidewalk appears to have collapsed and there is a large hollow area underneath the sidewalk It is a very dangerous situation do the width and depth and the amount of foot traffic there is on that sidewalk.

The City of Oakland fixed this issue on 05/19/2017, service request #728197.
