This is trash accumulation on private property. It is a Code Enforcement issue and not a DPW issue. The absentee property owner never comes out and picks up trash that is clearly on his property.
Apparently this RVA Customer Campaigner does not know or understand the difference between public and private property. I'll be happy to share some of my knowledge with them.

PLEASE REFER TO RVA # 101000040847, WHICH IS STILL OPEN, when inquiring. Follow ups can also be conducted by dialing Richmond Customer Care at 804-646-7000
