I cleaned it up Saturday but it keeps coming back of course. Does not help that the liquor stores have no outside garbage can for patrons to get rid of pint vodka bottles and food/candy wrappers. Is there a chance the city can put a trash can or 2 more on Saginaw? Outside Toolan's and Rite Aid would help. Ill keep pulling my own dumpster to take care of it routinely but probably not every week. If anyone else wants to help please feel free to bring a garbage bag and definitely wear gloves. Ill close this issue soon. Thanks.

Click is asking if I want to close this. I'm going to leave it open as it's just one of those ongoing things that will probably need constant attention as long as drunks and liquor stores remain in the neighborhood. At least the snow covers it for now. :)
