How about a picture and a bit more description? The address looks like it is on a corner close to the Hamden line, where is the sidewalk buckling? Though sidewalks have been fairly low on the list of repairs this year for NH, you might be more apt to have the problem resolved if you went beyond writing that the problem 'has not been fixed' and took more proactive community action.
