I spoke to Mark Ilagan at 3:09 p.m. 10-17-16 regarding the illegal dumping. He said he would resolve the problem and call me back to let me know it was taken care of. This was reported on 8-27-16, then I was sent a letter of code Violation on 10-17-16 making this my problem. Not Right !!!!!!!!! We will See !!!
