On Hiway 40 on the walking trail, the "COURTESY CURBS" are and always have been a disaster for gathering mud and water at the lights for sure at the MacDonalds , how does one get around that mess all year and it has never been cleaned, there is no drainage for the water it just sits there, obviously a big 'Miss' when they designed that. It gathers at all the corners along there. Let's get this city cleaned up.
