The man that lives at 2921 Fendall is running a auto repair place on the street in front of his house This is at least the third time reporting.

Hey he still working on cars. Letting the fluids oil brake and whatever drain in the rain gutter. Since the City will not enforcement I will be contacting the EPA, Federal government since the City is in clear violation of the Chesapeake bay clean water act been reading over it and if local governments ignore or refuse to act to protect, by allowing someone to pollute. They can face some serious fines.
