Thank you, Patrick Ryss, for reporting this issue. I have created Work Order # 9672 for someone from our Maintenance crew to be dispatched to remove the debris from the public right-of-way. Thank you once again for alerting us. Laurenteen Brazil, Public Works Department Maintenance Division.
Thank you for the feedback. Trash cans at bus stops would probably be Caltrans if you're referring to San Pablo Avenue. Which bus stops and what location? I can pass the request on to the appropriate jurisdiction. The City is not directly responsible for bus stops or the amenities that they provide to the public.
There are two or more temporary bus stops on Kearny Street between Cutting Blvd and Knott Ave. I think the bus stops are only there during this Bart construction but because they are such high volume the lack of garbage cans causes tons of litter which makes the area unsightly. Thank you for being so helpful.
Thank you for the detials. I have forwarded your request to our Engineering Manager to confirm the BART connection with their Retrofit Program. If related, she will contact BART to see if additional trash cans can be added. If it is someone else, she will direct me as appropriate so that we can address your request to resolve the litter problem.

Thank you, Laurenteen Brazil. They did a very thorough job.
I realized though that there are multiple bus stops with no garbage cans on the whole street.
Thank again.
