Construction debris (windows) dumped in the backyard and garbage was not picked-up by the garbage men today. Several in the neighborhood don't have garbage cans and dump their garbage bags in the alley. We work to keep the garbage in large bags and need the garbage men to pick up the bags, not just the garbage that is in the cans.
