I have commented on this issue on a number of occasions over a number of years. The intersection needs to be completely re-milled and re-paved. It is not enough to just throw some patch down it will just fall apart again in a few months. Really we are now living in a 3d world country.

Department of Public Works assigned this issue to Road Repave

Only the most egregious holes were filled. Not a very good job and the intersection is still a potholed dangerous mess.

P.S. I have commented on this issue for the past few years (that's how long this intersection has been a mess. It needs to be completely re-milled and paved.
