This could be a safety issue and it should have been called into the police either 203 946-6316 or 911. You can then post and in the post mention it was called in. This will alert others and you now have a record that it was called in. The police hardly ever monitor this site if at all. A delay in getting this resolved can cause someone to get electrocuted. Please people when it is a safety issue phone the police, by the way I did after reading this post. I getting tired of repeating this. We have had people reporting fires, burglar alarms, and the odor of natural gas on this site,
