Overgrown shrubbery is blocking the public right of way by growing out into the bicycle path and forcing bicycles out into the main roadway causing a major collision hazard. This shrubbery needs to be cut back now. I have reported this repeatedly for over a year now and no action has been taken. Please correct or contact me with a referral to a responsible agency.
