If you are on Kinns making a left onto 146A you are facing West and shouldn't have a glare. I think a traffic light here would only cause accidents as coming over the railroad bridge on 146A the light would come up on people to fast and they would accidently go through it or have someone hit them from behind..I truthfully have never had a problem turning onto 146A or Kinns Road, patience and a confident driver is all that is needed in the morning rush hour

still not fixed and I drive that way every day - there i a sun glare! Often the traffic is so backed up turning left that i will turn right now and take one of the side roads to come back out onto rt 146 heading towards schenectady
