The City of Los Angeles must organize this plan into it's system budget for the year 2016 sometime at least before Summer so we know the kids will be safe and not have to plant candle sticks by the curb to mark a grave of a fallen skater that died while walking J-Walking illegally across this road to get to Mc Donald's for a snack. This is not a great corner. Why hasn't the city responded to this danger while they know for a fact that this is a true statement?

Do we, the community have to wait till we get a body count to satisfy Government to save a life of a child who visited here to this great famous skate spot to play on his skateboard and have fun? He didn't think about the dangers of crossing a majorly busy blvd. and get killed upon impact in front of his friends from school. The California Governor would cry if they watched a kid get murdered here. So why the wait? Is it the money? You SOBs, you have the money to police your own staff, why don't you have the $ to install a cross walk that would benefit the children of the Los Angeles' future? Get it together, you have no more time. It's almost D.U.I. season in Canoga Park, CA. and you'll wish you planted a cross walk here before more children have to die to sacrifice your law.

When you do it, I will smile but until then, I frown upon the city of L.A. for just sitting around and waiting for their... Child Body-Count to prove a need here.
