The underpass was cleaned but is filthy again. Children have to walk through this underpass to get to school. It needs to be cleaned on a weekly or even daily basis.

Absolutely impassable. Trash is worse than ever. City of Dallas please clean this underpass - you will need hazmat protection. Once it is clean, please monitor it and establish a cleaning schedule that prevents this filth from accumulating.

Debating whether or not I could get some volunteers from the DFWU Forum to go out and just take care of this. Won't be the end all, but, @#$% that's bad.
