Descripción

The pedestrian signal in Scott Circle NW, at the northeast intersection of Rhode Island Ave NW and the circle (16th St NW), is facing the wrong way and is not visible to the pedestrians trying to cross Rhode Island Avenue. It's one of the signals on the little spit of land in between the cars entering Scott Circle from the northeast on Rhode Island Ave, and the cars exiting the circle onto Rhode Island Ave NW.
