If the owner has them running around loose then make it known that the owner who is irresponsible not the dog will pay for their actions so get a describtion of the owner and make a complaint to the police or contact news channel 8 let's get this fix asap its a park for the children.

This is despicable and will be deterring me from using this playground regularly, especially the sand box.

Laziness! I would be very careful if I had my children play there. Make sure they wash up well after you leave.

Not sure if the matter is resolved (it may involve an ongoing education campaign), but if there are no more comments/suggestions I will close the issue.
