Hoped the city of Dallas would repave that stretch of Cole between Cedar Springs and Allen St after construction of the Gables Villa Rosa complex. Apparently that was just crazy talk. Years later, the road-damaging heavy equipment is long gone and presumably Gables is paying their property taxes, yet no road repair. Neat.
