Hello City of Oakland Public Works. Why do you keep closing this service request?

The accident that caused this mess happened over a month ago. EBMUD began repairs the next day but then left without finishing the job. There is still some type of water main box standing above ground and caution tape all around it.

Can you please either install the water main box or remove it from our property?

EBMUD has NOT fixed this! Please re-open this issue. We still have a long way to go before we will accept a huge concrete and fiberglass box on top of our planted area as completed and worthy of closure. I think all property owners would have to give up and move away to get to that point!
