This is a huge issue - these tables and ropes are not allowing for a 5-foot wide unobstructed pathway for the safety of pedestrians. This needs addressed ASAP!

My question is since the city sites the rules on my photo of a 5ft space for thru foot traffic who is out there measuring, because if this is the outcome we need to clean house as tax payers. Also, since you will get grief going after Raleigh Times people need to walk around the area and see who is in accordance. That would be every restaurant and bar besides Raleigh Times. And I as well live downtown and have been experiencing this issue with this place for years.

Staff went out and addressed this issue yesterday. Have a great Labor Day Weekend!

This issue is a definite problem and needs to be properly addressed.
