Descripción

This traffic light is useless, as are many others on Joslyn between Perry and Walton. The only use I see for this light is for GM, that only uses it for shift changes. Time the light to the shift changes and make it a flashing yellow (north/south bound) all other times. This light is not timed to anything and makes traffic stop. Please address.
