Code Enforcement Officer Lorena Burciaga has opened a case on the property (the case number is CE15-1998) and has sent the owner a notice to fix the violation(s). Since this is private property, there is due process involved, and the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected.
