I am not sure this car is actually abandoned. There are a few of these in East Rock. There is a deranged old man that owns at least one of these. We see him periodically at the LA fitness in Hamden, so at least one of his cars moves. I don't know for sure he owns the others, but I can't imagine how many other hoarders there are in town. In any case these cars are disturbing.
