Thanks for reporting. The Parks Department is trying to better manage SCF issues and are closing old issues. This has been a frequent spot for homeless encampments and it seems every time they are cleaned out - they are back again soon. Right now construction has begun to repair damage through a FEMA grant, while an active site we do not expect this problem to reapear.
