This house is a hot mess. There is a leak/stream of water coming from the back yard that's so powerful it's causing the side walk to cave in slightly in the front of the house.
Also, there is a huge pile of trash/rubble sitting in front yard behind a broken fence. I've seen rats scampering from the pile of trash/rubble into the holes on the side walk!
In addition, there is a constant stream of intoxicated people coming in and out of this house at all hours. I'm assuming the drug baggies all over the side walk are from said residents/visitors.

I live around the corner from this place (I hesitate to call it a house) and second all the comments above. They've had trucks back up right into the front "yard" to do goodness knows what - certainly not to clean up as there is pile of trash on the side of the house. There is often loud techno music into the night and I've seen the SWAT team here three times in the past three years. I've also seen young teens approaching this house and doing some sort of hand-off with the men from inside, switching jackets in the alley.
I suspect prostitution is also occurring as I see the same woman getting into random men's vehicles regularly throughout the week.
It's a blight on our community! If there was some way to get a petition, I'm sure I could get most neighbors to "vote" them out.

Looks like the owner, Charlotte Ditty, is dead. I don't know who is living in it but the Orphan's Court activity on her estate didn't go anywhere:

I opened 2 tickets to 3-1-1 for the collapsing sidewalk and the short dumping. Then I sent this property to the Public Nuisance Task Force.

The mattress is STILL there and has been rained on several times. I'm not sure if that's an actual 311 problem...but it's completely gross. They yard is also a mess. The pile of dirt and trash with a tarp on it hasn't moved in months, it's just collecting more trash.
Sidewalk: Still sinking. Visibly worse.
On the bright side: I haven't seen activity in house for a few weeks. Maybe they've all scattered to drug houses not on my block?! In which case who do we call to get it boarded up!?
