We have an ongoing problem with teenagers, and even adults, speeding through our neighborhood. It starts after school lets out at 2:30 and continues until around 11pm. Motorcycles, cars, pickup trucks, you name it. We tried to call the police for years but neighbors with scanners intercept the calls and relay out to the offenders that the cops are coming and to cool it, so noone ever gets caught and charged. We need proactive police patrols at different intervals in the day to keep our neighborhood safe for children and families
