This response is from City of Rio Rancho administration.
This issue will be reviewed by the city’s Public Works Department and appropriate action will be taken. Please be advised that some street lights in the city are maintained by the city and some are maintained by PNM. If the city maintains the light in question, inspection and maintenance will be scheduled and take place. If the light in question is maintained by PNM, the city notifies PNM that an issue exists for their action.
